Up The Hamsey!
Welcome to the website of Hamsey Rangers Football Club. We are a community club based in Warlingham, Surrey with teams playing in the Tandridge Youth League (Under 8 to Under 18) and 2 senior teams in the Redhill and District Sunday League.
The club was formed in 1994 and our home pitches are at the John Fisher Sports Ground, 192 Limpsfield Road, Warlingham, Surrey CR6 9RD. Teams train at a number of venues in and around the Warlingham area, including the astro-turf pitches at Warlingham School, Monks Hill Sports Centre and Sanderstead Recreation Ground.
From humble beginnings we now run 23 teams and proudly claim to be one of the biggest clubs in the South East. For further information on Hamsey Rangers FC and our age group teams, please visit the different sections of our web site.
The last few seasons have been our most successful ever, with one team winning the Tandridge League A Division 3 years running, several of our sides reaching Surrey County Cup Finals and even one of our senior teams gaining back to back promotions.
Indeed, season 2008-09 was probably our most successful season ever, with six of our teams winning their respective Divisions and three winning Cup or Shield competitions. But it's not all about winning...
We encourage the highest standards of behaviour and sportsmanship amongst our players and have a number of coaches who are FA and even UEFA qualified, as well as an army of enthusiastic parents and volunteers who support the club in various capacities. We are always on the lookout for boys and girls of all ages and abilities to join the Hamsey "Family" and will be holding trials and training sessions throughout the Summer.
If you're a visiting team you'll be sure of a warm welcome at John Fisher on a Sunday matchday morning, with hot snacks available for the early risers and a licensed bar for those post-match debates!
