Under 9 Hawks
Hamsey's Under 9 Hawks play in the C Division of the Tandridge League following a steady opening season of League-organised friendlies in 2007-08, there being no formal league table for Under 8's.
Players Wanted
The team is managed by Grant Little and train at Monks Hill Sports Centre 7pm-8pm on Thursday evenings where we have a lot of fun and play some great football. If you are just coming into Year 4 and are looking to join a friendly football team we would love to see you, particularly if you're a goalkeeper!
The Squad:-
Matthew Gubby
Matthew is the longest serving Hawk. He played a year above himself for the 8B's and was the manager's and players' player of the season in 2007-08. Matthew can play in any position including goalkeeper and has an excellent scoring record.
Luke Fisher
Luke is a neat and tidy footballer who always has time on the ball. Luke can also adapt to play anywhere on the pitch and before long he will be adding some goals to his game.
Bayley Little
Bayley is a tough competitive left footer who likes to be where ever the action is. Always works hard defending one minute and at the other end scoring the next.
Kyan Buckman
Tough tackling and very quick are the best ways of describing Kyan. He has a very competitive style and a unstoppable shot when he catches it right.

Khyl Nanu Clifton
Khyl is very strong with great technique. He can spot a pass and has also shown that he could be a top quality goalkeeper if he wanted.
Daniel McEvilly
Daniel was our top scorer last season. He hits a fantastic ball and often scores the harder chances rather than the tap ins.
Jayden Hurley
Started last season in goal where the opposition found him very difficult to beat. On pitch Jayden has an all action non-stop ball winning style.
Reese Vince
Reese is the youngest member of the squad who has developed into one of our regular defenders who can also produce the spectacular. He has a fine left foot.
Rakeem Blackman
Rakeem is very happy to be at the back defending and moping up all the bits and pieces. Reads the game well and always tries to pass the ball out and set up the next attack.
